The Bangkok Art and Culture Centre (BACC) Foundation is preparing to negotiate with Bangkok Metropolitan Administration to continue its management control of the centre, but will still require funding support from city hall, the foundation committee said on Wednesday.

Greenpeace Southeast Asia is hosting the art exhibition “Right to Clean Air” at the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre through January 28 – and all the art is made from dust.
